Welcome to our 2022-2023 season!
We are excited to kick off another season of dancing and celebrating with old and new friends. We encourage you to register on-line at Stardusters.org and pay utilizing Venmo, but paper will still be available.
Our rates have increased a bit this season due to rising cost and the past two years of low volumes. We are a non-profit and only try to break even each year keeping enough in the budget to handle unexpected expenses.
Please feel free to call or email our officers with thoughts, ideas, or questions. If you are interested in serving in any capacity, please contact the Vice President couple.
The membership limit of the Stardusters Dance Club is 100 members. Based upon safety and comfort considerations there is a 64 person limit on attendance at each of the club’s dinner-dances. Please get your dinner reservations in the mail early to be sure that you are one of those 64 people! Should we reach the attendance limit for a dinner-dance, priority will be based upon postmarks on the envelopes (or electronic transaction) in which the dinner reservation forms were returned.
As always, we encourage members to recommend potential new members and to invite prospective new members as guest couples throughout the dance season as the attendance limitation permits (see above).
Requests to bring guest couples to Stardusters dinner-dances will be held, but not confirmed, until after the reservation deadline for a dinner-dance has passed. At that time, it will be determined whether guest couples can be accommodated, and if so, how many. Please note that members have priority over guests. If you request to bring a guest couple to a club dinner-dance, you will be notified soon after the reservation deadline as to whether your guest couple can be accommodated or not.
There is no charge, beyond the cost of dinner, to bring guest(s) to a Stardusters dinner-dance for the first time. If the same guest(s) wishes to attend additional dances, there will be a $10 per person charge for each subsequent dance. Please contact the President Couple with any questions.

Wine Social: 6:30 p.m.
Dinner Served: 7:00 p.m.
Dancing: 8:00 – 10:30 p.m.
Annual Dues: $80 per couple ($40 per person) payable to Stardusters Dance Club
Payment Due: August 18, 2022
Meals: Range from $43 to $56 depending on your selection
Dress: Formal/suit & tie for men; formal/cocktail dresses for women

must be postmarked no later than August 18, 2022.
